Volkswagen Polo R WRC stomps the yard!

I have always stated that I am a ‘wagonist’. I will not apologize. The WRC  is a championship I have always followed closely, but, blame my cable provider or the coverage my limited package offers, I got lost in a forest on a Stage of the GB rally!  Thankfully, my bearings returned. I repented and I have made a sworn commitment to follow the rambunctious machines, as they traverse, in crackling, popping, anti-lag delight, the spectator-packed stages which are a prominent feature of the WRC.

WRC legend, Sebastien Loeb, walked away after nine years of brutal dominance. Perfect! But, we all know that the speed-bug never rests and Loeb was bitten repeatedly during his ‘vacation’. He was compelled to return. Fans at Rally Monte Carlo 2015 must have been overly excited when Loeb’s machine took to the stages! But, a new script is been read for the WRC. Doubt, as it relates to the most potent machine on the grid does not exist. The machine driven by the Volkswagen boys has been the source of repulsive nightmares for many competitors.

Volkswagen’s sharp-shooter Ogier, retained his title in 2014 and if Rally Monte Carlo 2015 is to be used as a minute window into – what to expect – I shudder for the opposition.Loeb pulled several tricks from his machine’s hat when the rally got underway, but his human component appeared and imperfection was delivered. A rare error by the master presented the seat at the ‘head-table’ to the composed and precise World Champion- Ogier. But, the Volkswagen boys were not comfortable with a victory. They wanted to instill fear first and respect second! The Volkswagen Polo R WRC machines went to town and covered the podium with their livery!

Yes, I want to drive the new machine!
